Ms. Shelia D. Davis
Formerly a native of Fordyce, Arkansas, Ms. Davis is the owner of our Consulting Service and New Development company that focuses on affordable housing compliance, renovating, and new construction. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Arkansas, Florida, and Washington, D.C. Recently, Ms. Davis has partnered with TaBari Grubbs, Chief Operations Officer with Project 44 Partners to take over the compliance business and operations.
Ms. Davis graduated from Lindenwood University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Science and a degree in Business Administrative Management from Bartmann Business School. As a young entrepreneur, she made a name for herself as an Affordable Housing Consultant who has over $200 million in projects pending for New Development throughout various states.
Shelia Davis was a member of a leadership team that was awarded a $40 million Housing Choice Neighborhood Grant through the U.S. Department of Washington, DC and Urban Development. She oversaw the rehabilitation work and collaborated with residents and the company’s leadership team. Her peers would also describe her as a very knowledgeable and humble person, earning a reputation as a superb team builder with stellar interpersonal skills and a proficient and meticulous forward-thinker.
As someone who once were told "she had nothing, Ms. Davis was motivated to work hard to become the person she is today. Her key factors to success were Faith, Vision, and Communication. Throughout her career, she developed a never-give-up attitude and believed that everyone have made mistakes in life and Faith can move mountains.
